I've been making a ton of changes to the Handicap app and now you get to see some of those changes.The big changes are the tabs at the top of the screen to make navigation easier.  I found a background image and icon images to use on the tabs which I think make the app look nicer.  I added the ability to delete rounds and courses with a popup menu to verify the action.  I also have added the ability to enter round stats as you play.
